All core functions (document cropping, text extraction via OCR, file compression, digital signatures, merging, splitting, password protection) are executed entirely on your device. We do not upload your documents to any external servers.

To deliver our core features, Scan Master Pro requests the following system permissions:

Used to capture photos of paper documents, receipts, whiteboards, or QR codes to convert them into digital PDFs. Images are processed strictly in the app’s temporary local buffer.

📁 Storage / Media Access

Required to read images from your photo gallery for scanning, import existing PDFs for compression or signature, and write the finalized PDF documents to your local device directory.

🌐 Network Communication

Allows the app to communicate with Firebase Remote Config to fetch remote configurations (such as ad monetization parameters) and load AdMob banner or interstitial advertisements.

We integrate trustworthy third-party SDKs to help optimize, monetize, and maintain our application. These third-party providers have access to your non-sensitive Device/Advertising IDs for diagnostic and performance purposes, governed by their own privacy policies:

Please remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
